Oil temperature is too high
The A oil pump is damaged, and the internal parts wear and generate heat during high-speed rotation.
Internal leakage of B hydraulic components, such as damaged directional valve buckles or sealing rings, can cause high-pressure oil to flow through small spaces and generate heat.
Improper pressure regulation leads to overheating of the hydraulic system due to prolonged high pressure.
Noise generation
Insufficient hydraulic oil in the A oil tank, air intake by the oil pump, or blockage of the oil filter by dirt can cause the oil pump to run out of oil, resulting in bubbles in the oil being discharged and hitting the blades, causing noise. The solution is to check the oil level, prevent air intake, and clean the filter.
B hydraulic oil has high viscosity and increases flow resistance, so it needs to be replaced with a suitable hydraulic oil.
Due to damage to the bearings or blades of the oil pump or motor, the concentricity deviation of the coupling causes noise, and it is necessary to adjust the concentricity and replace the parts.
The D directional valve fails to respond but still functions, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blockage, inflexible movement, and electromagnetic valve failure due to current imbalance, which can also generate noise. The solution is to clean the valve core or replace it with a new one, and the current must be stable and sufficient.
Damage to hydraulic components or blockage of oil pipelines can cause noise when hydraulic oil flows at high speeds.
F mechanical part failure, insufficient lubrication of parts, loose parts, the cause should be identified and tightened or replaced.
The pressure plate does not descend or does not reset after descending.
There is a problem with the cutting switch A, please check or replace it.
If the fuel level in tank B is insufficient or the oil pipe leaks, refuel or tighten the oil pipe joint.
The C solenoid valve cannot be reset, repaired or replaced.
The D relay has poor contact and the main oil circuit cannot be switched. Check the circuit.
Insufficient cutting pressure
The oil pump is damaged or the oil inlet is blocked, and there is leakage in the oil cylinder. After inspection, it should be eliminated according to the situation.
The touch of the B micro switch is too slow or faulty. Adjust it to touch or replace it about 10MM before the cutting point.
C. Solenoid valve malfunction, repair the solenoid valve spindle.
D. The circulating oil in the fuel tank is insufficient, and replenishing the circulating oil causes the oil level to exceed the oil filter screen.
Inaccurate cutting repetition accuracy
The A guide column nut is loose or the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates exceeds the tolerance.
Tighten the guide column nut or adjust the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates
The B hydraulic oil has deteriorated, causing unstable oil pressure.
Replace the hydraulic oil
C oil pipe seepage, tighten the oil pipe
D Limit switch and relay are inaccurate. Replace the limit switch or relay
The motor cannot start
The voltage of power supply A does not meet the requirements. Check if it is three-phase 380V
B power cylinder phase, check if there is electricity in the three phases.
C thermal relay tripped, check for overload
D AC contactor does not operate, replace AC contactor
The E fuse is blown, replace the fuse
Hydraulic pump produces dry noise
A hydraulic oil is insufficient, please supply according to the prescribed amount
B hydraulic oil has a high viscosity, replace it with hydraulic oil of the specified viscosity.
Foreign objects enter the hydraulic oil and clog the filter screen. Replace the hydraulic oil and clean the filter screen
The rubber ring of the D coupling is worn, replace the rubber ring
The workbench cannot be raised or lowered
Insufficient oil level in tank A, ensure sufficient hydraulic oil
B solenoid valve is not powered, check the electrical circuit
C hydraulic valve malfunction, repair or replace
D oil pipe leakage, tighten the oil pipe joint
The sealing ring of the E oil cylinder is aging and worn out. Replace the sealing ring of the oil cylinder
The workbench cannot move forward
A pressed the emergency stop switch and released it
If the timing relay fails or the base falls off, replace the timing relay or tighten the timing relay base
The forward solenoid valve does not operate. Is the solenoid valve energized? Clean or replace the solenoid valve core
D Control the low-pressure electromagnetic overflow valve not to operate, check for power, clean or replace it
E pressure reducing valve or throttle valve malfunction, clean the valve core or replace it
The sealing ring of the F oil cylinder is aging or worn, replace the sealing ring
The workbench on the opposite side of G did not return to the origin, so please return the workbench to the origin
The work board cannot move backwards
If the rising time relay fails or the base of the time breaker falls off, replace the rising time breaker or tighten the base
The friction force of the B work board lines increases, so add oil to the lines
The forward solenoid valve does not operate. Is the solenoid valve energized? Clean or replace the solenoid valve core
D Control the low-pressure electromagnetic overflow valve not to operate, check for power, clean or replace it

When operating manually, it is not in manual mode, and when operating automatically, it is not in automatic mode. Turn the manual and automatic switches to the corresponding positions for operation
